    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if the hon. Member was informed by some of the people that he works with at the constituency, indeed, on 26 January, 2007, several people were arrested because they were undertaking illegal charcoal burning. Those people were taken to court and on 29th January. They were convicted and placed on community service orders. Therefore, those people were properly processed because, contrary to the law, they were actually cutting down the forest. The hon. Member should help the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources to ensure that forests are protected."
