The symptoms for the two 2686 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 24, 2007 diseases are quite similar. The Assistant Minister, being a medical doctor, is aware of this. We now have many health dispensaries and health centres in the country without laboratory technicians and microscopes. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that the personnel and the microscopes are made available so that diagnosis is done properly in order to administer proper treatment?"
