    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a medical doctor, I know that any competent medical personnel should be able to diagnose malaria as opposed to typhoid, even with the clinical signs and symptoms. We should not always rely on equipment like microscopes, as my colleague has said, in order to diagnose malaria. Malaria is a disease that can be diagnosed by any medical personnel. As I had said, and will repeat, we have adequate treatment in all our health facilities."
