    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to second the Motion before the House. I want to begin by congratulating the Ministry of Roads and Public Works for the efforts it has made in rehabilitating our roads and buildings and, especially, in the last one-and-a-half years. The Ministry has moved from road shows of visiting sites where construction is about to begin, to the actual work. It has now registered several complete projects. We are seeing a lot of activity in this Ministry and a fair distribution all over the country."
