    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just wanted a clarification from the Assistant Minister. He is talking about the oil being lifted at the official price. I think he needs to clarify; what is the official price vis-a-viz the market price? The only reason I think the Government of Kenya will benefit from the Nigerian Government is if the official price will be lower than the market price so that that differential which he is calling a commission can actually be of benefit to this country. If that is the case, then I am very surprised that the Government will only be taking a half of the capacity that they are allowed to take, if there will always be a differential between the official price and the market price. Maybe, the Assistant Minister can make a clarification."
