Last week, we heard that farmers lost Kshs244 million. Within this month, we were informed by the same Assistant Minister that in the purchase of continuous fermentation machine, the agency, again, lost Kshs105 million. Last year, on a deal of imported fertilizer from Romania, farmers lost excess of Kshs500 million. What is he doing to stop these loses to poor Kenyan tea farmers, once and for all?"
