    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Government will not compensate the farmers. But jointly with the KTDA, we will do what it takes to ensure that the tea farmers are paid. We have interest in this matter. I have two factories in my constituency and they have lost over Kshs2 million. Katunguru Tea Factory, which is in Mr. Kamotho's constituency, is the highest loser with Kshs12 million. So, this is a serious matter and we are taking it seriously."
