    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is common knowledge that many soldiers from the Western countries, particularly the USA and the UK, have died following their service in conflict zones because of many diseases that have resulted from biological or chemical exposures and in recent times, also from psychological disorders. Could the Assistant Minister tell the House whether the Government intends to make it a policy not to send Kenyan soldiers who are ill- equipped to conflict zones and only send them to areas where they cannot be exposed to use of potentially dangerous equipment and weapons?"
