"content": "Mr. Assistant Minister, the letter states that:- \"On 11th February, you, together with some other employees, deserted your place of work, came to the Town Hall and conspicuously behaved in a rowdy manner with intent to embarrass the Government, the hon. Minister for Local Government with his team, the Provincial Commissioner, the District Commissioner and your employer\". Clearly, there is the issue of desertion, but there is also the other issue. Since even the Chair is also not very clear on this matter, let me give the Assistant Minister more time to study this document and compare it with the information that he has and then come to the House on Tuesday with more information.
