    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, cases of misuse of force by the police as well as extra-judicial killings are rampant in this country. Two years ago when we discussed these issues in this House, the Government told us that the police will be retrained in the way they handle suspects and in aspects of human rights. Could the Assistant Minister tell this House whether there has been any retraining of police officers so that they behave a little more humanely and professionally?"
