    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, to the extent that there could be advocates who have stolen clients' money and are still practising, I do not want to deny that. That is a possibility. However, I can assure the House that once a report is received by the Complaints Commission, it is processed and if it is true, it leads to a disciplinary action. Those are the type of examples I was giving to the House. I was saying that the Advocates Complaints Commission and the Disciplinary Committee are now working double. We are now getting more advocates either suspended or struck off the roll. If those advocates who had been suspended or struck off the roll continue to practice, this is an offence under our laws.
