(b) My Ministry is in the process of selecting a consulting firm to undertake a feasibility study for the water supply and sanitation for Kerugoya and six other towns in Kenya. The study is being funded through a grant from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa, BADEA. Once the study is completed and the cost of implementation established, my Ministry will include the project in its forward budget."
