But more so, I really want to congratulate him and his team for the way that he has overseen the implementation of the Free Primary Education Programme (FPEP). It is special in the whole of Africa and many other developing countries. I know the FPEP has brought about a lot of challenges. One of them as mentioned by the immediate speaker is an addition of 2 million pupils in our primary schools."
