    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I thought the hon. Member had been in the House long enough to appreciate that. The issue of staffing of teachers has been mentioned. I think it, certainly, needs to be looked into. This is because you will find that teachers are not properly housed, in some cases. Some of them are housed in poor structures. As a result, they are not able to do their work properly. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of free primary education, again, has been stated. I would also like to re-state that there is a need for the Ministry to take it very seriously. The issue of school leaving certificates has also been mentioned. It is another area that, I believe, needs to be addressed. I think there is a necessity for Quality Assurance Officers in each district. In my own constituency, for example, for one whole year, there was not a single Quality Assurance Officer. Obviously, it becomes very difficult for the District Education Officer (DEO) and the other officers to ensure that the standards and quality of education are maintained. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would also like to endorse the various recommendations made by the various speakers. But I do not want to repeat them. Again, I would like to commend the Minister for a job well done. I beg to support."
