My concern here is that, in view of the Government's stated policy on Information Communication and Technology and the importance thereof, I wonder whether the Minister is really satisfied that, in fact, this paltry sum of Kshs29 million for that section is really adequate, given the fact that, you need to actually put information technology at the forefront of education, so that you are not left behind? Are you satisfied or shall we give you more money?"
