Members that when it comes to ICT in our secondary schools, we are going to provide Kshs1.5 million to two secondary schools for each district, in order to build up a laboratory for ICT. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, in the initial stages, I am satisfied. Of course, I would have liked to have more money but, at the same time, we are also able to mobilise a number of hardware such as computers from several donors, civic organisations and parastatals. That is something that we have started. It was never there."
