    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, once again, I do agree here that the funding has actually come down. We would have wished, indeed, that this funding would have remained at its own level. But, unfortunately, the Budget has made it what it is. But as I said earlier, we do hope that we will be able to continue with training, which is extremely important for field personnel out there. It is our hope that in the process, when we are able to mobilize more resources, funding on that item will go up. It will be reflected in the Supplementary Estimates."
