I am aware of the difficulties that are being faced by other institutions. But let me say that under what we call \"the Kenya Institute of Support Programme\", where we are having substantial resources committed by our development partners, in the initial stages, it was only primary education that was recognised for funding. Fortunately, now secondary and university education has been recognised, and it is from here that we expect to get more resources."
