    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that this project has been delayed because it was supposed to have been started way back in 2003/2004. We are making every effort to ensure that this project is completed by September this year. All the challenges that were on the ground have been addressed and I am happy to report that His Excellency the President, who also visited Kendu Bay Town, has agreed to commission this project in September this year."
