He has said that some payment was made as shown in File Ref.OP.218/024/1 dated 26th July, 2000. No payment has been made. The Assistant Minister is saying that some payment has already been made. Between me and the Assistant Minister, who can investigate to find out who took the money? He is the one who made the payment. Whom did he pay the money? He should give us the name of the person he paid."
