Concession means that there is a particular price which the Nigerian Government is willing to supply crude oil to the Kenyan Government. The Kenyan Government will forward this concession to a company that is going to lift the oil on its behalf. What is that rate? If you look at the commissions that are being paid, you will find that it is not worth for the Kenyan Government to get into this kind of business which is only giving it Kshs40 million a year."
