"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is why I cannot understand the mathematics, because US$70 a barrel, in fact, is for what we might call \"normal crude oil\". However, the Nigerian crude oil is a premium crude oil, which means it is priced even higher than US$70. At the price of US$70 a barrel today at 30,000 barrels per day, that is US$2.1 million a day, if my arithmetic is correct. This translates to almost over US$1 billion a year; it is US$700 million a year. The question is: Where does the Government spend this money and how?"
