    "content": "(2) Any expenses incurred by any person in any suit or prosecution brought against him in any court, in respect of any act which is done or purported to be done by him under the direction of the Institute, shall, if the court holds that such act was done bona fide, be paid out of the general funds of the Board, unless such expenses are recovered by him in such suit or prosecution."
