It does not only appear under this Ministry, but in all of Ministries. It must be a typographical error because it keeps saying \"construction of building\". Even when you look at the pages concerning other Ministries, you will see \"construction of building\" posing the same problem. However, when it comes to refurbishment and purchase, they put \"buildings\", but when it comes to construction, it is something that needs to be looked at again by those who did the books."
