"content": "(Mr. Moroto): Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, first and foremost, I want to congratulate the Minister for all the work that the Ministry has started, especially with issues dealing with security. In West Pokot District, new Administration Police camps have been started along the border between Kenya and Uganda. That has really helped us. That is why the rate of crime and cattle rustling in the area has gone down. I would like to ask the Minister to put more facilities along those areas, so that the people along the border can realise--- Recently, several animals and people were killed by the UPDF from Uganda. The reason for that is because our security officers along the border are very few. They do not have enough weapons to tackle those people. Now that we have given you money, that will help them!"
