    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I congratulate the Minister and, indeed, sympathise with him because what he requires is not exactly what we have been able to approve for him, I would like to point out that there is an area which has to do with the new authority that deals with the abuse of psychotropic substances - NACADA. It is important that, that area is given the serious attention that it requires. Many crimes that are being committed in the country have to do, to some extent, with some of our youths who are indulging in those illegal activities. With those few remarks, I support."
