I hope the Minister will use this money to mobilise his officers to disarm all those groups coming up in Mt. Elgon 2514 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 12,2006 District and harassing the community. Having said that, let me thank the Minister for having given us six new vehicles last month for the purposes of containing insecurity in that district."
