    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I see no contradiction at all. In part (a), I 2384 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 11, 2007 have said that I am not aware. In part (b), I have also said that I am not aware of any displaced persons. Therefore, that means I have no names of people who are supposed to have displaced others. There were no displacements. Therefore, I see no reason to defer this Question."
