    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with regard to disconnections, where subscribers have defaulted on payment of their bills, it does not include what I need to investigate. However, where customers, or wananchi, are paying their bills and there is disconnection, definitely, that will have to be corrected. As regards money, the Ministry will only do what it has been financed, by this House, to do. So, it is within the Budget allocation that we are able to give that amount of money. Where there is extra funding, definitely, we will consider doing more."
