    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Tabaka-Kiorori Secondary School Project under construction was expected to start from Tabaka. There are indications that the Ministry plans to change that proposal and start the project from Bonyancha, which will mean that the project will not traverse South Mugirango in the manner expected. Could the Assistant Minister consider commencing this construction from Tabaka-Kiorori side and not from Bonyancha?"
