It is very unfortunate that this Government does not have an accurate census of the disabled in this country. The excuse that we have been given is that parents are hiding some of these disabled people. It is the responsibility of the Government to make sure that in each village, sub location and location we know the number of disabled people be they the blind, the physically disabled and so on."
