"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I totally agree with the Chair. I will not end my Motion without thanking The Standard Newspaper. I want to thank The Standard Newspaper for what they wrote today about police officers. You cannot even read that page if that is what is actually happening. It is not possible! All of us are privileged to have bodyguards. We have to cater for these bodyguards of ours. Even Mr. Mwenje pays allowances for his bodyguards. I am trying to rescue those who cannot speak in this House because of having Ministerial portfolios so that their bodyguards can also get the same allowances. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other day, I was told by Mr. Katuku that he was forced to buy cyproxin tablets for his bodyguard who was infected by typhoid. How many of us would buy the tablets?"
