    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am aware of that problem. Indeed, I have dealt with it in my office. I am aware that Murata Farmers has been obtaining some court orders, and which the other group did not participate in at all. That is what the Chairman of Murata Farmers is now using to harass members of Mugama Farmers. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to give instructions that where money is demanded by Murata Farmers, those farmers should refuse to pay that money! It is not in order for them to do so. I would like to inform the hon. Member from the area to take note that these are the 2352 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 10, 2007 instructions: They should not honour that if they are asked by that particular person. From my office, I am also taking action against that Chairman, who is demanding money illegally from the farmers of Mugama."
