    "content": "In fact, Question Time is up! That is the end of Question Time! Hon. Members, the balance of the Questions will be deferred. When we cannot reach some Questions, it will be taken as the norm. They will be distributed in the following day and given priority. Therefore, it would not be necessary for the Chair, everyday, to say Questions deferred to tomorrow or the day after, if it is the time that is up! That will be the procedure. The Clerk of the National Assembly will prioritise them earliest tomorrow and then proceed with the balance!"
