    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. I want to state that I have a lot of respect for the Minister of State for Administration and National Security, Mr. Michuki. Looking at his track record and particularly so, when he was in the Ministry of Transport, he became a household name in streamlining the matatu industry. But I want to say that this time round, he got it all wrong. He has become a very shining example of a Minister sleeping on his job. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that this Government has done a lot. There are many positive things that have happened since this administration came into power."
