    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to say a few words about the Vote of this Ministry. Taking up from the point that has just been raised by some of my colleagues regarding the creation of new districts, it appears to me like we may have to do away with constituencies as the units for representation in politics in this House and call the areas we represent \"districts.\" We should make a decision, one way or another, so that if we want, as we say, to bring administration or services closer to the people, they are even closest at the constituency level. Therefore, we can even have all constituencies as districts. That makes a lot of political and economic sense as understood by the opposite side."
