"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I brought to this House a similar Question at the beginning of this year. Just a few days ago, the Minister for Finance presented to this House the Budget for this financial year. You know that people in so many areas of this country have no title deeds, because there are so many cases which need to be dealt with. The Assistant Minister has said that the committee members have not been paid. How does he expect these cases to be determined for citizens to get their title deeds, if he is not doing anything about the payments? Last time I was given the same answer being given to this Questioner now; that they are seeking for money. From where is he going to get the additional money when the Budget has already been read?"
