    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stated, at the very outset that, the amount allocated to us by the Treasury is not sufficient. We are not satisfied with their claims, but we have managed to pay them, at least, some substantial amount of money. Arising from the many claims that we get from them, we have come up with a policy that will make sure that members of those committees are paid on the basis of the cases that they have heard and determined, and not on the basis of attendance. Normally, those claims are paid on the basis of attendance. A member can attend about ten hearings, but only one case is determined. We want to compare the two and make sure that we come up with realistic policies that will satisfy everybody."
