    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is very difficult to stop. The point that I am trying to put across is that we need to be very fair and look at the issues broadly. If we want people to change and change the smoking culture, let us do it in a good manner. If you ban it, it will affect very many people. This is indirectly banning smoking. This is in essence, what is provided for in this Section 33. I want to state that I agree with the spirit of this Bill because smoking is harmful. What worries me is that a man who is supposed to treat and help the people suffering as a result of smoking, who is supposed to ask them to stop, for example, a medical doctor, smokes."
