"content": " On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to point out something. My friend is totally out of order. First, this Bill does not ban smoking. Secondly, everybody has a choice to either smoke or not. I am sure my friend, Mr. Wamunyinyi knows very well the saying that: \"Do as I say, not as I do.\" I am sure he is very conversant about that. So, all of us will choose the way we are going to die and nobody has a right to restrict somebody to choose the way they want to die."
