    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Question that is before the House is on payments of benefits. Every week such Questions are asked on the Floor of the House, they take a lot of our time. Could the Government consider opening a customer care desk to deal with such matters, so that we able to deal with other these issues? We have so many of these questions coming from the constituencies. I think we should not be spending the time of Parliament asking such questions given the fact that we have even passed legislation here to sort out this mess. Could the Ministry consider other ways of dealing with such issues?"
