    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The hon. Assistant Minister is actually complaining that hon. Members are not available in the House. Of course, you have rightly said that when hon. Members are away, their Questions are dropped. The Minister for Education has two Assistant Ministers, who have all joined the other Assistant Ministers in complaining that they are idle. Why would there be nobody in this House to answer a Question in a Ministry where we have a Minister and two Assistant Ministers?"
