    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for the answer. The problem with the Kenya Medical Training College is that they are withholding results of some graduands from my constituency. That is the reason why I raised this Question. If the results are withheld by the institution for more than 12 months these students are not able to do anything. They are not productive. Some of them are the ones who are joining criminal gangs like the Mungiki sect and causing problems in this country. Could the Assistant Minister undertake to tell me the reason why these results are being withheld, if I give him the names of these students?"
