    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to commend the Ministry for the work it is doing in expanding infrastructure in courts all over the country. However, there is a big problem in the delay of court cases. Sometimes, some magistrates just adjourn cases without good reasons. This is done, sometimes, when witnesses have travelled from very far. What is the Minister doing to ensure that there is some sort of control, so that justice is not delayed, especially by the magistrates?"
