"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, you can see this Assistant Minister is intentionally misleading the House and the country at large. In part (a) of his answer, he said that he is not aware. In parts (b) and (c), he also said that he is not aware. Now, this Assistant Minister earns Kshs100,000 extra to work for the people of Kenya. This Assistant Minister, if I am aware, is one of those who are on a go-slow in this Government.
