    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, SI beg to move:- THAT, the Fourth Schedule to the Bill be amended (a) by deleting paragraph 1 and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - 1. The Minister shall establish an interim management committee for the Highways Authority and the Rural Roads Authority, and for the Rural Roads Authority in consultation with the Minister responsible for Local Government. (b) by deleting paragraph 2."
