    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, now that this Bill has gone through and it will become law and road network is very important in the country, I hope that the Minister will do one thing immediately after the passage of this; to look at the meaning of this word \"interim.\" This law will become permanent unless it is amended later. An interim arrangement cannot really be law. It might be necessary to remove the word \"interim\" and call it a management committee which will carry out consultations which can last. Regarding the management of the roads, it is important for the Minister to ensure that whatever resources are available, are shared equitably and distributed in such a manner that no area will be left out because it will take a long time for that area which is left out, to catch up. That will mean that the development of this country will be uneven as far as the services are concerned. That is something that is important and I hope that the Minister will address it. I am addressing a Minister who has been in this Government for as long as the independent Government has existed. So, he has enough experience and knowledge to address that issue.
