I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Minister and, indeed, thank the House for co-operation and time with which this Bill has been debated and completed. This is because we all do recognize the fact that the need for infrastructure is the cornerstone on which the future development of this country will be anchored. I do hope that even as we move forward now with the Bill, and with the funding, we are going to see smooth roads and everyone participating in terms of doing it.
