Assistant Minster, we have been told by the Government that there is such a law in Austria, USA, Belgium, India, Denmark, Spain, and probably in Norway, Tanzania, Uganda and in the United Kingdom. I want to take this opportunity to remind this House that not very long ago, masked men invaded the premises of a television station. As I speak to you this afternoon, we do not know who those masked men are, why they invaded the premises of a television station and why they burnt it.
