I believe he did not ask the Question for the benefit of his constituents only, but for the benefit of the whole nation. Secondly, I would like to thank the Leader of Government Business, who attempted to answer this Question last time when I was away. However, there are some details that were requested and I would like to give them to the House. The matter of the disappearance of rhino horns in Meru National Park is a criminal case pending at the Meru Law Courts, case No.C/R471/185/07, Criminal File No.259/07; theft by servant, contrary to Section 281 of the Penal Code, Cap.63, Laws of Kenya.
